Free Range Chicken...

Our chickens are raised in Gloucestershire, on farms owned by the Freeman family where welfare and quality are paramount.

The birds have complete freedom to roam free in huge, grassy pastures, or peck under trees and hedges, and they enjoy a natural diet including non-gm maize, wheat and soya.

They are so well cared for they even have spacious, ergonomically designed fox-proof houses, which have dedicated grazing, air space, ventilation, feed and water.

These chickens are bred from ancient stock, grow slowly and live to twice the age of most standard chickens - so it's not surprising that they have a superb flavour and texture.
