Classic beef dishes include beef with
horseradish, steak and ale pie, and

number. Mix natural yoghurt, tomatoes and chilli and serve with
your beef, or mix natural yogurt and blue cheese with some
chopped spring onion. Stout and ales work particularly well in
sauces and gravies for beef, add a splash of madeira when pan
