ORDERING: You can order anything from web site at any time. The lists are updated weekly and you can either E-Mail, telephone, fax or post your orders to us.
For telephone orders our lines are open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and between 9am and 1pm on Wednesdays. We will call you back within a working day to get payment details from you and to confirm the order and availability.
PAYMENT: Brookshaws of Nantwich welcomes payment by all major credit and charge cards. Customers paying by switch card are requested to quote the switch account number together with the issue number from their cards.
CLAIMS: No claims for breakages or shortages will be entertained unless the carriers are informed at the time of delivery. We require confirmation of these breakages or shortages - by post, fax or e-mail - within three working days of delivery.
